Lately I have been spending a lot of time learning about the new Power Platform BOT service called Power Virtual Agents. I love the simplicity of the tool, but also the extensibility by being able to include Authentication, calling flows and the ability to publish the BOT to many different channels like Teams and Slack. One feature I haven’t had a chance to test out yet, until now, was the ability to ingest FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) web pages into the service and have it build out conversation topics.

This feature works really well and accelerates a maker’s ability to create a BOT. I was really impressed by the feature. Below is a Topic that has source info from an FAQ website.
